Great customer service and knowledge of products. Variety Insurance Protection helped me with additional disability insurance coverage. I was recently off work due to an ongoing disability. My employer only covered so much on their short-term disability policy and nothing at all for long term disability. We were barely able to take care of bills while I was off for 3 months. I was referred to Ebonie by a coworker who has also worked with her. I did not want to put myself nor my family in this predicament again so Ebonie set me up with a disability insurance policy that will take care of my family needs in addition to what my employer may give.

I meet Ebonie a 2 years ago when I needed a final insurance/burial plan for my father. My father was in great shape, but I didn’t want to run into a situation where we were not prepared. Ebonie walked me through the steps of obtaining my Medicare Part B and finding me the best coverage for my medical needs. All this was done timely and I was able to keep all my scheduled appointments for the following month. She has also helped me with my retirement plan and transferring my 403b. She is very knowledgeable.
